Disconnecting From Work Policy

Pursuant to Ontario’s Employment Standards Act (ESA), employers with 25 or more employees are mandated to establish a written policy that grants employees the right to disconnect from work. Our standard downloadable Disconnecting From Work Policy provides employers with essential guidelines for promoting a culture that respects employees' time outside of work hours, while staying compliant with the ESA requirements.
